This is the original Grab-Bag® and it is designed to be a vital bridging tool between those that are seriously injured and the arrival of the emergency services. It is approximately the size of a medium suitcase and with handles on top; on both sides and quick release shoulder straps it can be transported in a variety of ways.
As you can see above, the Grab-Bag® has a centre opening zip allowing rapid access to a variety of individual and easy to remove pouches. The internal modular design of the Grab-Bag® pouch system enables equipment to be pre-packed relative to its specific purpose i.e. dressings in one pouch – bandages in another and so on. The large external pocket is capable of carrying an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) a proven life saving device in many situations.
The Grab-Bag® comes pre-packed with essential emergency First Aid supplies. The Grab-Bag® is used by the British Transport Police, Fire and Rescue Services, local authorities and commercial organisations as the mainstay of their emergency response capability.
The MiniMe shown on the right, is an extremely popular version of the Grab-Bag®. It is 50% smaller than its big brother with the same design features and benefits.
